  1. Exchange Policy:

    • We offer an exchange policy within 7 days of the date of delivery.
    • The product(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and unwashed, with all tags and labels intact.
    • The customer is responsible for shipping the product(s) back to us.
    • Exchanges will be processed only once.
    • The exchange must be sent to us within 7 days from the date you received the parcel.
  2. Return Policy:

    • Returns must be delivered to us within 7 days from the date you received the parcel.
    • The product(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and unwashed, with all tags and labels intact.
    • The customer is responsible for shipping the product(s) back to us.
    • Returns will be processed only once.
    • Refunds will be processed through bank transfer.
  3. Product Defects:

    • No exchange or refund will be done for any product defects after a period of 7 months from the date of delivery.
  4. Sale and Offer Items:

    • Products purchased during a sale or any promotional offer are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product received is damaged.
    • In case of damaged products, we will offer an exchange. No refunds will be provided for sale or offer items.
